Finding support in times of crisis
A mental health crisis can manifest in many ways, from feelings of intense anxiety and panic to thoughts of self-harm or suicide. The emotional and physical toll can be devastating, leaving you feeling incredibly isolated and overwhelmed. Whether you're dealing with a sudden loss, a traumatic event, or an intense emotional breakdown, the feelings of despair and helplessness can be all-consuming. In these moments, it can be difficult to see a way forward or know where to turn for help.
Recognising that you are in crisis is the first step towards finding the support you need. It’s important to know that you are not alone and that there are resources and people available to help you through this challenging time. Your feelings are valid, and seeking help is a courageous and a necessary step towards healing.

The aftermath of crisis
Crisis intervention involves immediate support to help you manage your emotions and find a sense of safety. Whilst I do not offer crisis support, I am available to work with you in the aftermath of crisis.
I provide ongoing support to help you uncover the underlying factors that contributed to your crisis. Together, we will develop a range of techniques and strategies to support your regulation. I will also assist you in finding compassion and forgiveness for the person you had to become to survive those difficult moments.
If you feel that I might be the right person to support you after your crisis, please book a free initial phone consultation. If it turns out that I am not the best fit for your needs, I will do my best to help you find someone who is.
